Brooklyn is the birthplace and home of Miss Poppin. This is a unique combination of a Model/Dancer at heart and a Rap Bully at will. This (34-25-39) is a trigger happy, shoot first bad girl, whose music reflects the hood life, the highlife, the fast life and night hours.
Her first single, “Believe the Hype” is a classic back to the basics for those who lack lyrical ability; male or female (get your bars up)! Another highlighted single, “I’m Addicted” gives you an invoice of her passion of high heels and full course meals (Bon-appetite). Drawing inspiration from the love of life Miss Poppin is on a mission to fill in the blanks for females in Hip Hop. She is the true certified total package no preservatives and no bullshit and of course Miss Poppin does not move without a rap sheet.
Se has previously working with super producer Easy Mo Bee and multi-platinum artist Wyclef Jean, just to name a few heavy hitters.
Miss Poppin’s goal is to create great music, continue to hit the streets hardcore and promote and perform at all venues that have an open mic for her to show off. She’s totally set on eliminating all competition by any means, and killing any and all clichés and stereotypes of young black females in the current game and bring quality control to today’s market of “here today and gone tomorrow” artists. I’m digging that right there!
She also has been in a couple of print ads in magazines. Miss Poppin hasn’t forgotten about her modeling either. She has been in publications such as Sweets Magazine, and Straight Stuntin Magazine.
