Hip hop artist Candi Redd has Hard Hitting Beats and the Flow to Match

Don’t be fooled by her good looks and sexy smile, Candi Redd can definitely hold on her own on the microphone and has been deemed to be one of the hardest yet best female MC to hit the hip-hop scene in the last couple of years. This Independent hustler in the community is known as a Sexy Gangsta who is laid back, down to earth and humble.

Redd who hails from Houston, TX left her secure job as a operations supervisor at Bank of America back in 2008 to pursue her dreams in the music industry, and never looked back . To pay the rent and the bills, Candi hit the pavement hard selling her mixtapes from sun up to sun down.

All that hard work definitely paid off, because her smash hit Independent Bitches after three years of being recorded is still being heard on the streets and in the clubs. Women flock to the dance floor almost spilling their drinks to get it crunk when it blares from the speakers.

Candi’s music is more than just club music. She has the lyrical talent to get you moving on the dance floor , and yet still can tell an out of this world story. She has worked with the likes of Bun B of UGK, Lil Keke, Rasheeda, and Kandi Buress of Xscape who is featured on her remix of Independent Bitches
