Back in June of this summer two fans of the Grammy Award winning rap group Bone Thugs N Harmony was allegedly injured by rapper Bizzy Bone, and now two men have filed a lawsuit against the entire group.
The suit according to Red Eye Chicago that was filed in Chicago’s Cook County Circuit Court by Joseph E. Zeidel,claims that Zeidel paid Bone Thugs N Harmony’s tour manager $80 so he and his cousin could come on their tour bus following a concert at Congress Theater.
After talking with the group for a half-hour, Bizzy Bone began “harassing” them, though it is unclear what prompted the altercation and supposedly struck Zeidel’s cousin and knocked him to the ground as they were leaving the bus. He proceeded to punch Zeidel twice in the head and face, fracturing his nose and breaking his glasses. When the two men went to the police after the incident there was an investigation, but no arrests were made.
I wonder if the group will settle out of court or actually take this to the court room? What do you think about the suit?
