I don’t know about you, but I will definitely be going out and buying this book that is due out October 4th by former LAPD Homicide Detective Greg Kading called Murder Rap which is about the deaths of rap artists Tupac Shakur, and Notorious BIG. According to LA weekly, former officer Kading had been cut from the case right as he was approaching closing the case. According to Greg Kading an informant told him (back when he was on the high-profile case) that he was offered $1million to kill west coast rapper Tupac Shakur and former CEO of Death Records Suge Knight.
This informant also stated that Sean Ditty Combs had commissioned Tupac murder back in 1996. Allegedly Suge Knights babys mother who has been identified as a woman named Theresa Swan revealed to Greg that the former Death Row Exec gave her the money to pay gang member Wandell Poochie: Fouse to kill Biggie.
In Kadings self-published book Murder Rap which could potentially be a game-changer reveals such things like the LAPD have been sitting on extensive tapes and documents containing confessions from key players that are allegedly behind the assassinations of both Shakur and Biggie.
Kading, before he left the LAPD made copies of nearly every single investigative report and confession that was taped. What his book does is gives you a rather in-depth look at the failure of the LAPD to bring both Notorious BIG and Tupac killers to justice. Sean Combs has responded to the claims via email and has stated This story is pure fiction and completely ridiculous. Suge Knight has not yet been available to comment on the allegations.
Here’s a clip of Kading talking about his book. Hopefully one day the families of both artists will have the final closure that they need. What do you think about Kadings book? You’ll definitely get my full review of Murder Rap once I’ve read it.
